Why does the roller stop rotating during the cleaning process?
1. Wipe the bottom of the roller with a towel to avoid infrared obstruction
2. Organize/do not use a garbage bag --- check for infrared obstruction
3. Disconnect the power and remove the roller; check the rotating shaft for any foreign objects

Clumped litter piles up, causing a cleaning error？
1. Gently shake the machine to distribute accumulated waste more evenly.
2. We recommend changing the garbage bags every 2-3 days for single-cat households, and every other day for multi-cat households.

Litter box does not clean automatically after cat leaves?
1.Ensure Sleep mode is off (auto-clean disabled in this mode)
2.Check clumping delay; set to 6 min for solid waste
3.After adding litter, reset the weight to avoid operational stops
4.Disconnect from the power supply and then reconnect

How to reduce litter overflow?
Adjust the entry height within the app: Settings → Other Settings → Entrance Mode. High mode can reduce litter falling.

Can't find the filter screen?
The filter is magnetically attached inside the drum and needs to be removed manually. (There is a yellow label inside the drum; you can also see the filter's location through this label.)
